| Prior situation |
The previous system was equipped with 250 kW horizontal shaft pumps (plus one as a stand-by) for a total 1.250 kw used. There were problems involving acoustic and thermal pollution. Moreover, the system had become inefficient owing to the age of the pumps. |

| Advantages achieved |
The acoustic and therma pollution was fully eliminated. The flow rate was increased from 180 to 200 l/sec and the overall power reduced from 1.250 to 1.210 kW. Moreover, thanks to use of a control system whit inverter, the effective demand from the user is now satisfied without wasting any water during minimum demand periods. |
