The Italian Idrotecnica Association, the Department of Water Engineering and Chemistry of the Politecnico of Bari, the Center for Ecological Research in Planning and Engineering of the University of Genoa and the Aqueducts and Sewage Systems Research Center, Department of Land Defense of University of Calabria organize the Seventh Day of Study on Sustainable Urban Drainage.
There will be presentations of national and international academics, as well as leading representatives among companies related to the issues at stake. Caprari is leading actor on this topic. 9th Agricultural Exhibition of Arkalochori – Irakleion – Crete Caprari Hellas will participate (via its local distributor) to the biggest and most important agricultural exhibition of Crete from 22 July to 27 July. The exhibition is taking place every two years and will Caprari will present the complete range of clean water and wastewater products. Special focus will be on the presentation of the ENDURANCE series, the innovative Caprari proposal for aggressive waters and high pressure operation.
The Innovators Club The Club of the Innovators is born to spread the culture of the cooperating research.
The Industrial Association seems very interested about it: the model "Cooperating Innovation", presented on the convention organized by the Industrial Association, has been the main subject of the whole meeting.
The forerunners of the "Club of the Innovators" are five companies which took part to "IDE.A.RE" project.
This project is called after three main concepts: to identify common interest's technological themes, to create dedicated team groups on specific subjects, to realize cooperating actions of research and development.
These companies are now "charter members" of the new club.
In fact, club's aim is to extend this working method in order to meet half a way also small companies which, although they recognize the innovation as an important value, they often don't have economic and logistic possibilities to invest on the research on their own.
"Today the club is made of five companies which reached the aim of IDE.A.RE project, but we do hope that the registered companies could be much more".

Type-approval of products used in drinking water Caprari is currently completing the process for Product certification in compliance with Ministerial decree DM No. 174 for all product range.
Compliance with Ministerial Decree DM No. 174 can be self-certified by product manufacturers. Caprari has voluntarily chosen to have such compliance certified by a third party,TIFQ, so as to guarantee the results and safeguard the customers.
Caprari is completing the same sort of product type-approval process in other countries, namely France and the United Kingdom, in accordance with the ACS and WRAS standards.
